1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items such as opened skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Email us at support@vogue9est.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vogue9est.com.
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank account or payment provider.
Then contact your bank or card provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
